Louisville-Based Six Degrees Joins Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates
Irvine, Calif. (August 6, 2020) — Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates today announced that Six Degrees, a commercial real estate company based in Louisville, is joining as an affiliate to expand the company’s presence in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Six Degrees is led by Principle Broker Wesley Odle, III, along with Partners Courtney Celasun, Jonathan Klunk and Katie Thompson. The company focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including retail, office, multi-family, land hospitality, warehouse, manufacturing, industrial and investment exchange.
Six Degrees currently has $15 million in committed listings. They are focused on selective agent recruitment and will plan to grow organically through the Southern Indiana and Kentucky markets. The company is already making plans to expand into complementary markets and will launch those plans at the appropriate time.
