Rand Sperry - CEO

For more than 40 years, Mr. Sperry has been a highly recognized and influential leader within the Southern California and national commercial real estate industry. In 1987, Rand Sperry co-founded Sperry Van Ness International Corporation, a national brokerage organization (Disclaimer:  Rand Sperry does not have any present ownership interest in Sperry Van Ness International Corporation and since 2009 he is no longer affiliated with Sperry Van Ness International Corporation or Sperry Van Ness ®).   Rand Sperry is an owner of Sperry Commercial, Inc. and Sperry Equities, LLC, a real estate investment and property management organization and continues to grow these companies with partners Burton Young and Jack Carroll.  To date, these companies  and their affiliates have acquired more than 65 commercial, industrial, and office properties, exceeding $1 Billion in value with over 10 million square feet under management and 6 million square feet owned. James Huang - President

Prior to joining Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates, James was the founder and CEO of BRC Advisors, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm based in LA and specializing in investment sales and leasing, property management and advisory services, debt and equity investment platforms, and construction design/build services to a national client base. With seven offices throughout Southern California and over 100 commercial brokers, James successfully led a team of real estate professionals who shared the same innovative approach to commercial real estate; a belief in the power of superior market knowledge and exceptional client service. James brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and currently sits on several advisory boards of both local and national industry organizations.

Rich Enderlin - Chief Operating Officer

Rich Enderlin became a Managing Partner and COO of BRC Advisors in 2007 after merging his successfully run boutique brokerage firm, P&E Commercial Real Estate from 2004-07. Prior to that he was with Prudential Commercial Real Estate as a Senior Investment Associate from 2000-2004 where he was awarded the Chairman’s Circle Award which is the highest honor possible in four of his five years with the firm. Mr. Enderlin started his brokerage career with Marcus & Millichap as a Broker Associate in the early 1990’s. Prior to transitioning into brokerage, Enderlin worked in property management for 15 years. Enderlin has been the Broker of record on more than $2.5 billion in real estate transactions and has Asset and Property Managed over $1B in real estate assets. Since joining BRC, the company has seen a 4-fold growth in sales in his five years as the COO and has overseen the firm’s expansion to (5) offices in LA. He has active real estate broker’s licenses in California, Arizona and Nevada where BRC holds satellite offices.

Burton Young

Mr. Young’s experience encompasses all facets of the real estate business including brokerage, asset management, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and finance. He formed a partnership with Rand Sperry to manage, lease, buy and sell commercial real estate. Together, they have purchased more than 65 properties nationwide. For Sperry Equities, LLC, Young oversees all company operations as well as the formation of partnerships, the acquisition of properties, asset management and leasing of over 10 million square feet of office, industrial & retail property. He has personally brokered more than 150 transactions exceeding one billion dollars in sales and is the managing partner for approximately 50 investment real estate partnerships. (1)

Jack Carroll

Mr. Carroll, along with Rand Sperry and Burton Young, are the owners of Sperry Commercial, Inc. and Sperry Equities, LLC. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, leasing, and the strategic positioning of assets for institutional owners, banks, lenders, as well as individual owners and family trusts. Mr. Carroll has overseen the asset management of approximately one billion dollars of real estate throughout the United States. Investors and clients benefit from his extensive experience and knowledge on how to maximize cash flows and values that other firms leave on the table. (1)

Steven Moreira, CCIM, CIPS, GRN – Director of Global Franchise Sales

Steven Moreira, CCIM, was born in East Orange, New Jersey, where he later attended William Patterson College.  Since 1978, Steven has been involved in the commercial real estate industry as a broker, builder, lender and principle.  Steven has been a CCIM for more than 20 years and has served in multiple leadership positions within the CRE industry.  Such positions include serving as the 2016 Global President of the CCIM Institute, Chairman of the NAR Commercial Committee, and NAR Director, 2005, to name just a few.  In addition, Steven is an active participant in the Mortgage Bankers Association, serves on the ALM Media CRE Advisory Board, and is a Third Degree Knight of Columbus.

Tangelique Wilcox - Director of Franchise Operations

Tangelique is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts Degreee in Communications and Public Relations Emphasis. She has more that 16 years of experience within the Southern California real estate industry, primarily in the field of development and commercial brokerage operations. She has held corporate positions in various departments including adminsitration, risk management, finance, and corporate communications. Tangelique currently oversees all aspects of Affiliate Franchise Operations including onboarding, training, complicance, franchise development, marketing, and financial reporting. Tangelique also has operational oversight for the Irvine Brokerage office consisting of more than 30 plus agents. Tangelique is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Californina.
