Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates Signs RJ Realty in South Florida

Irvine, Calif. (April 30, 2020) — Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates today announced RJ Realty, a commercial real estate company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is joining as an affiliate to expand the company’s presence in Palm Beach, Broward, and northern-Dade counties.  Led by Broker Ron Osborne, RJ Realty specializes in office, retail, and industrial properties as well as independent car dealerships and repair facilities.

Osborne brings more than more 40 years of commercial brokerage experience to Sperry.  He provides an owner’s perspective on all transactions and obtains the best outcomes possible for his clients.  Osborne has sold and leased more than $900 million worth of commercial property since 1976 including shopping centers, office buildings and office parks, apartment complexes, warehouse buildings, commercial development sites, and large residential and commercial PUDs.
