Converted affiliate office positions SPERRY Commercial Global Affiliates to serve as a strategic bridge for cross-border capital and clients between North America and Asia Pacific.
BELLEVUE, Wash. — August 11, 2026 — SPERRY Commercial Global Affiliates, the legendary commercial real estate brand established within the United States of America, today announced the launch of Easerich® Commercial Real Estate Advisors as its official Global Gateway Office, based in Bellevue, Washington. The existing office converted into its new role, will anchor SPERRY’s expanding presence in the Pacific Northwest and the USA while serving as a strategic connector between North American commercial real estate markets and Asia Pacific capital, clients, and brokerage networks.
Led by CEO Larry Eu, SPERRY Easerich® Commercial brings deep, established expertise in cross-border real estate between the United States and 11 countries in Asia Pacific (Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the UAE), including experience with regional developer networks, diaspora investor behavior, and international franchise structures. The office will operate under the SPERRY commercial brand, extending SPERRY’s national platform with specialized capability in facilitating inbound and outbound transactions between the two regions.
As an official Gateway Office, SPERRY Easerich® Commercial will provide SPERRY’s affiliate network with a dedicated channel for cross-Pacific referrals, market intelligence, and transaction support — helping U.S.-based clients access opportunities in Asia Pacific markets and helping Asia Pacific-based investors and developers navigate U.S. commercial real estate with a trusted, locally embedded partner.
